Had an hour at the scrape this morning in what can only be described as far from ideal conditions ! with the overnight deluge of rain I was hoping for a grounded migrant.
It was pretty atrocious viewing from the hide but alas there was nothing new in.
Highlights were the ever present Green Sandpiper, a handful of Drake Shoveler, a pair of Shelduck, a single Grey Wagtail and a singing Chiffchaff.
