OK These three pictures were all the same bird and definitely off the coast of Egypt.. They were very dark headed and the beak was dark too, looked black to me. It was very dark on the top and quite grey under with yellowy/green legs and feet. The white eye ring also caught my attention and so I am guessing a White Eyed Gull?
