Hi all, another puzzler for you. I took this pic a few years back and as I recall, it was flying around inside the netting of a Garden Centre yard. I wasn’t into birding at the time, but thought it was maybe a Siskin. Now I look at it with a little more wisdom I think not, no black head markings and no wing bars being the obvious pointers.
