WHAT KIND OF GREBE(S) AM I?

Found a few more pictures from Cyprus last year in cluding this large gathering of Grebes. They all sort of look the same to me yet there are some differences. Are they all the same bird but different sexes? Are they different Birds? Little Grebes? Slavonian Grebes? Black Necked Grebes?
