White-winged black tern.

RSPB FRAMPTON.    This beautiful (no other word for it!) specimen decided to hang on for it’s second day here and showed very well at times. Wow, I mean Wow, no I mean WOW!


Took these digi-scoped pics, but there were some huge lenses watching it, including Graham Catley. I’m sure he’ll be putting some on his superb blog later. Link below.


Also here were a couple of spoonbills.
