The three shorelarks at Brickyard lane, Theddlethorpe showed well this afternoon. They were only a very short distance from the entrance to the beach, ranging from here to the shallow pools just to the north. First shorelarks I’ve seen for yonks, lovely little birds.

I would have liked to report back on loads of other stuff but it was pretty horrendous in the strong, icy cold winds so I headed home to practice a bit of watercolour.
