Rook appreciation society

Brilliant birds, the crow family, so clever and great to observe. The rooks and jackdaws in our garden have learned how to extract the peanuts from the feeders, it’s hilarious watching them cling on. One of the rooks has a crossed-over beak, similar to one I saw at Ancaster a couple of years ago. It doesn’t stop it from getting peanuts, I’m wondering if it even helps.
